Rogers, AR
Our compensation packages vary by location.
- In Rogers Arkansas pay is $17 as a copilot (aka during training), starting at $19 once out of training and in lead position. Training lasts anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or more depending on the level of experience and overall aptitude.*
- Tips: average $1000 to $1500+ per month (approximately $5 to $8 an hour or more)
- Total Hourly Pay for lead movers: $22 to $30.50+ an hour
- Unlimited Vacation
* During or after training, if you are unable to progress to the lead mover position due to changes to your driving record, disciplinary action, personal preference, or any other reason then you will be given a non-lead position and paid an hourly rate of $13.

All Applicants Must Meet the Following Criteria:
- In order to be insured as a driver, you must be 21 years of age or older and have at least two years of driving experience.
- Must currently reside, or relocate to Arkansas, Oklahoma or Florida
- Excellent customer service skills, a drive to learn, and a motivation to help people.
- Must be able to work at least 3 days a week.
- Must have own reliable means of transportation. Like a car, not a bike or a bus pass.
- College degree or currently enrolled is a bonus but definitely not required.
